Refund and Returns Policy

At B.A.C Electronic, we stand behind every product and service we offer. This policy outlines your rights and our process for returns, refunds, and exchanges. We believe in keeping things simple, fair, and transparent.

General Policy

All purchases made at B.A.C Electronic are subject to this Refund and Returns Policy. We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their experience. If something is not right, we will do our best to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

You may be eligible for a return or exchange if your item arrives damaged or defective, the wrong item was sent to you, or the product does not match the description provided at the time of purchase. To be eligible, items must be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after purchase. Software, digital products, or unlocked devices that have been activated. Items purchased as final sale or clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase. Accessories such as cables, cases, and earbuds that have been opened and used.

Repair Services

All repair services come with a warranty period. If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period, we will re-examine and re-repair the device at no additional cost. Please note that our repair warranty does not cover new damage, water damage, or issues unrelated to the original repair.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If you paid in cash, a cash refund will be provided in store.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different model or item, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Wholesale and Bulk Orders

Refund and return terms for wholesale and bulk orders are handled on a case by case basis. Please contact our team directly to discuss your situation. We are committed to finding a fair resolution for all our business partners.
