Store Policy
- Company is not responsible for any data loss during repairs or unlocking.
- Only responsible for fixing the problem that was outlined during drop-off.
- Repairs can take up to a couple of days depending on the parts availability.
- There is 30-day warranty on all repairs EXCEPT for physical damage and water-damaged devices.
- If within our 30 days’ notice, the device is not picked up without proper communication, the device is considered the company’s physical property and can be subjected to being sold on the market
